This is one of the better breakfast options. Probably best if you take the beef out and eat it cold rather than microwaving it as it will turn to rubber.
Chimichurri was a winner. Starting the day with a great meal!
Well-seasoned and tasty, but the meat was a bit tough to chew after heating in the microwave. Surprisingly the eggs didn't cook through and were still a little soft and creamy after microwave heating. Delicious!
