Ordering and payments
All ordering is processed online at www.nutritionkitchensg.com
Customers are billed directly on the website and Nutrition Kitchen (Singapore) Pte Ltd will be the name of the company that appears on the payment records (bank statements).
Cut off times are every Friday at 12 noon (If Friday is Public Holiday we will bring forward cut off time to Thursday at 12 noon.)
Opening Hours
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5:30 pm. Any emails/inquiries outside these hours will receive a response within the next business day.
We are closed on public holidays. No deliveries will be made during these times.
Delivery
Our minimum order is 5 days consecutively Monday to Friday and we reserved the rights to apply extra delivery charges on special requests.
We deliver the day's meal on one trip and on a daily basis - (Monday - Friday 5.45-10.00am ) or (Sunday - Thursday 5.30-9.30pm).
The meal package excludes public holidays, hence there will not be any delivery.
Please note that we do NOT deliver to following areas:

Delivery time is also subject to change with respect to the situation and traffic condition. Delivery timings can be affected by a variety of factors & locations, including the route taken and the number of stops and deliveries along the way. Check with our customer service for the available delivery slots –
- Evening Before – 5.30pm – 9:30pm from Sunday to Thursday.
- Early Morning – 5.45am – 10.00am from Monday to Friday.
Any change in delivery address requires notification time of at least 48 hours
A re-delivery fee of $9 will be imposed if driver has to re-deliver due to the following -
1.If the delivery agent is unable to contact you upon arrival of your delivery address, grace period not more than 10 mins.
2. It's crucial to provide accurate contact details for delivery purposes. If an incorrect delivery address or phone number leads to an unsuccessful delivery, we regret that we cannot provide a refund.
3.We encourage you to leave a cooler box outside your unit if you are unable to receive the delivery personally.
Please refrigerate upon delivery and reheat before consumption.
Kindly note that in event should you be uncontactable even after the last delivery stop - we will consider it as a failed delivery and the meals will be disposed due to food safety reasons.

- No cancellation is allowed after the cut off time and No refund will be given after the cut off time.

- Our company reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion for any reason. Full refund will be given to orders cancelled by our company.
Can I cancel my auto renewal subscription plan ?
1. Yes, but only upon completion of your current plan cycle. No refund for any meal cancellation before the end of plan cycle.

- Meal package excludes public holidays and weekends as we do not charge on the non delivery days. Hence, no delivery & meals are to be served during public holidays and weekends.
- Our Low Carb(Less Active) and Balanced(Highly Active) meals are sharing the same menu. The parentheses in the ordering page of our menu are meant for balanced meals only, which means the low carb meals do not have carbs like noodles, rice etc. Please contact us if you have queries on selecting the meals.
- What happen to my meals on public holidays ? Since there's no meals to be served , we do not charge the non delivery days. If you have queries please contact info@nutritionkitchensg.com

Where does the food come from?
At NK, we have our own production kitchen. This gives us full control on our meals, ranging from sourcing, preparation and cooking. Our meals are prepared in a state of the art kitchen by chefs trained professionally in technique and hygiene.
Eco-friendly boxes
- Our meal boxes are made from sugar cane and 100% bio-degradable.
- Our bags are made from recycled paper and we encouraged our customers to re-use them whenever possible.
Can I modify the dish to accommodate my allergies and food preferences?
We are unable to do customisation meals as our Kitchen cooks in bulk. Kindly look through the ingredient list and select your meals with the +/- or swap button before making payment should you have any food restrictions/food allergy.
Please be aware that certain ingredients are integral to the dish and we will be unable to remove them.
What kind of food do you offer?
As you can see by our menus we offer a wide range of cuisines from Western to Indian food. Our philosophy is that the key to sustaining a balanced macro nutrient diet is to keep it fun and exciting. Nobody wants to live off of chicken breast and steamed vegetables forever.
Our low carb meals are mostly gluten free.

Subscription
What does a subscription mean?
Subscription means your plan automatically renews each Thursday at 7pm. You will be charged unless you pause, skip, or cancel before this time.
When placing your order, you provided your consent by selecting the auto-renewal option and acknowledging the subscription terms during the checkout process.
We offer 5 days complimentary protein pots for 1st time order for the 4 weeks subscription plan.
What subscription options do you offer?
We offer two subscription options: 1 Week and 4 Week. This refers to the billing frequency of your plan.
* The skip/pause/cancellation does not apply to the first order online.
Can I skip deliveries if I'm away?
Yes, you can skip one week of deliveries at a time if you're away. Your subscription will automatically renew one week later. You must skip before 7pm on Thursday.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause your subscription indefinitely. No charges will occur until you decide to unpause. You must pause before 7pm on Thursday.
How can I cancel my subscription?
On a 1 week subscription, cancellation takes place immediately. On a 4 week subscription, any prepaid meals will be delivered before cancellation. You won't be charged again, but prepaid amounts are non-refundable.
How do I choose my meals each week?
You'll select your specific meals weekly in our portal. For 4 Week subscriptions, you'll choose 1 week of food initially, and then each subsequent week 1 week before delivery. Changes must be made before 7pm on Thursday.
Can I modify my subscription details?
On a 1 week subscription, you can change everything about your subscription each week, including meal size, quantity, range, and adding one-time snacks.
On a 4 week subscription, you can make these changes only on renewal weeks (every 4 weeks). Otherwise, you can modify specific meals, but not anything affecting the price (size, quantity, add-ons).
Can I switch between the 1 Week and 4 Week subscription options at any time?
No, to switch, you would need to cancel your current subscription and place a new order for the desired subscription.
Are there any penalties for skipping a week or pausing my subscription?
No, there are no penalties associated with skipping or pausing your subscription. Please remember to do so before 7pm on Thursday.
Can I customise my meals based on dietary preferences or restrictions?
While you can swap meals, we can't modify ingredients due to individual dietary needs.
How will I know when my subscription is about to renew or when my delivery is scheduled?
You will receive two email reminders each week indicating upcoming renewals and scheduled deliveries. You can also check your account on our website at https://nutritionkitchenhk.com/apps/customers/portal at any time.
Are there any incentives or discounts for long-term subscribers?
Subscribers enjoy our lowest meal prices. 1 Week plans start at HK$89/109 and 4 Week plans are at HK$82/98 depending on size.
What happens if I forget to make changes before the Thursday 7pm deadline?
If no changes are made, we will use your default meal choices from your initial order.
Can I change my billing information, such as credit card details or billing address?
Yes, you can update your billing information at any time. Click My Account and make any changes you need to.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, you can update your shipping information at any time. Click My Account and make any changes you need to. Please make sure to do this before 7pm on Thursday.

No, you can pause or skip as needed.
Can I gift a subscription to someone else? How does that work?
Yes, you can gift a subscription. Just click "Gift" and provide the recipient's delivery details.

How can I apply a discount code?
To apply a discount code, follow these steps:

Macros - Meal Prep
When should I place my order?
- Order by Friday 12 pm for delivery on Monday evening or Tuesday morning.
- Order by Monday 12 pm for delivery on Thursday evening or Friday morning.
What are the delivery timings?
- Monday and Thursday: Evening delivery between 5:30 pm and 9:30 pm.
- Tuesday and Friday: Morning delivery between 5:45 am and 10:00 am.
How does delivery work?
- Enjoy FREE DELIVERY for orders totaling SGD $100 or more.
- For orders below SGD $100, a delivery fee of SGD $6.50 applies.
How do I place an order?

How do I care for my order?
- We provide contactless delivery, and our MACRO meal prep arrives chilled.
- Please consider leaving a cooler bag/box outside your unit if you cannot receive the delivery personally.
- Refrigerate the products immediately upon successful delivery.
- Best-before dates are printed on our MACRO meal prep products.
- While our products are designed to last, we recommend consuming them within 4 days of delivery.
- Store packaging in the chiller at or below 4°C for up to 4 days.
- Alternatively, to extend shelf life, freeze the products. They can be kept frozen at -18°C or below for up to one month.
- Best consumed within 3 days after opening.
How do I reheat my meals?
- For the best results, we recommend reheating MACROS meal prep products in the microwave.
- Transfer them onto a microwave-safe plate or container and reheat according to the recommended temperature and duration printed on the food information sticker.
- Alternatively, consider reheating the food in the air-fryer, oven, or on the stovetop.
