Ordering and payments

All ordering is processed online at www.nutritionkitchensg.com

Customers are billed directly on the website and Nutrition Kitchen (Singapore) Pte Ltd will be the name of the company that appears on the payment records (bank statements).

Cut off times are every Friday at 12 noon

(If Friday is Public Holiday we will bring forward cut off time to Thursday at 12 noon)

Opening Hours

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Any emails/inquiries outside these hours will receive a response within the next business day.

We are closed on public holidays. No deliveries will be made during these times.

Delivery

We deliver daily from Monday to Friday (except public holiday and weekend). Our minimum order is 5 days consecutively Monday to Friday and we reserved the rights to apply extra delivery charges on special requests.


Please note that we do NOT deliver to following areas:

  • All airports and military camps
  • Prisons
  • Offshore islands including Sentosa
  • All special pass-protected areas and Tuas(Benoi, Gul Way)
  • Tengah
  • Sungei Kadut
  • Sentosa Marina

We deliver daily from Monday to Friday (except public holiday and weekend). Delivery time is also subject to change with respect to the situation and traffic condition.

Check with our customer service for the available delivery Slots –

  1. Evening Before – 6.00pm – 09:30pm Sunday to Thursday.
  2. Early Morning – 6.30am – 10:00am Monday to Friday.

Any change in delivery address requires notification time of at least 48 hours

If we can’t contact you or unable to deliver to you on arrival of your delivery address, we will have to charge you $9 for re-delivery fee for subsequent delivery.

When using our services to order food delivery, you are receiving the services of a self-employed (independent contractor) delivery driver/ runner.

No deliveries during public holidays

    Change and cancellation policy

    Cancellations or changes for meals must be made the week before. The cut-off time for changes or cancellations is Friday 12pm.*

    What if my plan is under auto renewal plan? - Cancellation is only allowed after the completion of the plan cycle(*cancel before the cut off date & time).  Which means for the 4 weeks plan you will need to complete the 4 weeks, and respectively for 2 weeks & 1 week, however skip is applicable.

    Any cancellations or changes after the cut-off time are not entitled to refunds. 

    If you have an ongoing meal plan for more than one week, please email us at info@nutritionkitchensg.com or Whatsapp +65 9105 2001 to cancel or make any changes. 

    *If Friday is a Public Holiday, the cut off time Thursday 12pm.

    Before you order

    1. Please make sure the starting date of the package and the meals option are correct as we may not be able to change the order after it is placed.
    2. We are unable to do customisation meals.
    3. If you need to receive the food at certain time, please contact us to discuss before placing the order.
    4. Minimum order is a 5 days package with 2 meals per day.
    5. We do not cater for customise orders e.g. Which days to have meals.
    6. Our meals are all send chilled.  We recommend reheating the food from 2-3 minutes or depending on your preference
    7. Meal package excludes public holidays and weekends as we do not charge on the non delivery days. Hence, no delivery & meals are to be served during public holidays and weekends.
    8. Our Low Carb(Less Active) and Balanced(Highly Active) meals are sharing the same menu.  The parentheses in the ordering page of our menu are meant for balanced meals only, which means the low carb meals do not have carbs like noodles, rice etc. Please contact us if you have queries on selecting the meals.
    9. What happen to my meals on public holidays ? Since there's no meals to be served ,  we do not charge the non delivery days.  If you have queries please contact info@nutritionkitchensg.com

    Where does the food come from?

    At NK, we have our own production kitchen. This gives us full control on our meals, ranging from sourcing, preparation and cooking. Our meals are prepared in a state of the art kitchen by chefs trained professionally in technique and hygiene.

    Eco-friendly boxes

    1. Our meal boxes are made from sugar cane and 100% bio-degradable.
    2. Our bags are made from recycled paper and we encouraged our customers to re-use them whenever possible.

    Can I modify the dish to accommodate my allergies and food preferences?

    We are unable to do customisation meals , kindly double up on another meal that day. Please select your meal by looking through the ingredient list if you have any food restrictions/food allergy.

    Please be aware that certain ingredients are integral to the dish and we will be unable to remove them.

    What kind of food do you offer?

    As you can see by our menus we offer a wide range of cuisines from Western to Indian food. Our philosophy is that the key to sustaining a balanced macro nutrient diet is to keep it fun and exciting. Nobody wants to live off of chicken breast and steamed vegetables forever.

    Our low carb meals are mostly gluten free.

    All our meals are ready to be consumed and we recommend reheating the food from 2 – 3 minutes or depending on your preference.

    How do you calculate your macros?

    Our macros are calculated using macro nutrients on raw ingredients in our customized macro calculator. Our macro data comes from nutritiondata.self.com

      We try our best accommodate food modification requests and whenever possible will arrange it for you. In the event we can’t remove a certain ingredient from a dish then you can double up on another meal that day. Please let us know if your request is based on an allergy or simply a preference.

      How can I cancel my subscription?

      When you cancel your subscription, you will receive meals for the weeks that you've already paid for. The cancellation will take place from the renewal date onwards

      Can I skip a week whilst keeping my subscription active?

      Yes! Simply log-in to your account, go to manage your subscription and select skip next week. If you are on a 2 or 4 week renewal period, your renewal date will be adjusted by 1 week too.

      Can I change my meals for next week?

      Regardless of the package length you selected, you can adjust your meal selection for the upcoming week. You can add more meals for those weeks where you need a little bit more NK! Unfortunately, for weeks already paid for, you cannot decrease the number of meals or the size of meals. Please wait until the week your renewal is up and make adjustments then.

      Please log-in to your account, and click on Edit Meals to select the desired meals for the upcoming week. You can even peak ahead to see subsequent weeks beyond the upcoming one.

      Can I change my plan / size during my subscription?

      Unfortunately, you will only be able to increase the number of meals or the size of those meals during your active subscription period. Of course, you can make changes at any time that will apply to your orders after your renewal date.

      What happens if I don’t edit my meals?

      Your first order will be your default meal selection. If you ordered Lunch and Dinner for next week, if you don’t edit your meals, you will continue to receive Lunch and Dinner in subsequent weeks.

      How do I unsubscribe from your email or WhatsApp reminders?

      Please follow click unsubscribe in the email or reply “unsubscribe” to the WhatsApp message and we will no longer send weekly reminders to update your order
