Bad meat

Italian meatballs shouldn't be offal disguised as meat. In my first bite I found a chewy organ tube. Then I got a piece of bone stuck in my molar. Yes, legally organs are beef, buf if you dress it up as "Italian" meatballs then you really should use proper ground beef without any organs thrown in to pad it out.
