Plant based fish

I really enjoy this meal plan overall but the plant based fish is a real low point in all the recipes.

Not a big fan of the plant base fish ...

My partner - who isn't vegetarian - eat this dish and did not like it much. As a vegetarian myself I do not see a reason to eat fish in general . It is `bad` enough that we have this impossible meat and plant base chicken ...
