Back in 2015, Josh was stuck in the monotony of weekly meal prepping. He needed a system that combined macro-friendly, delicious comfort food that was cooked fresh, with convenience and a reasonable price, so he decided he was going to have to create it himself - Nutrition Kitchen was born.
