How does MACROS work?
Getting started with MACROS is as easy as it gets. Follow these simple steps to enjoy the benefits of our convenient healthy meal prep:
Step 1: Choose your favourite components
Head over to our Meal Prep page, and choose your preferred combinations of proteins, carbs, and vegetables. Feel free to add in a protein pot for that extra boost of power and flavour.
You can enjoy free delivery for orders totalling SGD $100 or more. For orders below SGD $100, a delivery fee of SGD $6.50 will apply.
Step 2: Select your preferred delivery time slot
We offer four convenient delivery windows to cater to your schedule:
- Monday and Thursday: 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM
- Tuesday and Friday: 5:45 AM - 10 AM
To receive your meal prep plans on Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning, place your order by Friday, 12 PM. For Thursday afternoon or Friday morning delivery, order by Monday, 12 PM.
Oh wait, that’s it!
Now, all you need to do is receive your meal prep plan and, well… start prepping!
To achieve the best results, we recommend reheating your MACROS meal prep products in the microwave. Simply transfer the components onto a microwave-safe plate or container and follow the recommended temperature and duration printed on the food information sticker.
