Ordering and Payment

All ordering is processed online at  Customers are billed directly on the website and Nutrition Kitchen (Singapore) Pte Ltd will be the name of the company that appears on the payment records (bank statements).

Cut off times are every Friday at 12 noon

(if Friday is Public Holiday we will bring forward cut off time to Thursday 12 noon)


Our minimum order is 5 days consecutively Monday to Friday and we reserved the rights to apply extra delivery charges on special requests.
Please note that we do NOT deliver to following areas:
• All airports and military camps
• Prisons
• Offshore islands

• Sentosa Island
• All special pass-protected areas
Delivery time is also subject to change with respect to the situation and traffic condition. Check with our customer service for available Delivery Slots –

  1. Evening Before – 6.30pm – 10pm Sunday to Thursday.
  2. Early Morning – 6.30am – 9am Monday to Friday.
  3. Late Morning – 9am-12pm Monday to Friday.
    When using our services to order food delivery, you are receiving the services of a self-employed (independent contractor) delivery driver/ runner.
    No deliveries during public holidays
Change and Cancellation Policy

If you are requesting to cancel or change your order that is being process, you must contact us before the weekly cut-off time (12noon Friday)(or 12noon Thursday when public holiday falls on Friday) or we will not accept any change or cancellations. Prior change and cancellations are at our discretion and a refund of the total price of any cancelled order will be transferred back to the PayPal account or credit card that was used to place the order. There will be $20 admin fee for any cancellations.

Opening Hours

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Any emails/inquiries outside these hours will receive a response within the next business day.

We are closed on public holidays. No deliveries will be made during these times.

1. Please make sure the starting date of the package and the meals option are correct as we may not be able to change the order after it is placed.

What kind of food do you offer?

As you can see by our menus we offer a wide range of cuisines from Western to Indian food. Our philosophy is that the key to sustaining a balanced macro nutrient diet is to keep it fun and exciting. Nobody wants to live off of chicken breast and steamed vegetables forever.

We cook and deliver your meals fresh daily. Our low carb meals are mostly gluten free.

All our meals are ready to be consumed and we recommend reheating the food from 2 – 3 minutes or depending on your preference.

What do we do with your information?

Our store is hosted on WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through WooCommerce’s data storage, databases and the general WooCommerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.


If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Paypal stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
